Hi, I’m Taylor

I’ve been studying and practicing movement for as long as I can remember. I was introduced to Pilates as cross-training to my movement studies while earning my BFA in dance at The Boston Conservatory. Shortly after graduating, I obtained my classical Pilates certification through Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates program. I have a passion for empowering my clients to reimagine their physical capabilities through the Pilates method. My years of movement training enable me to deliver true results for my clients, whether they’re working out for the first time or furthering their current practice. I am also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and love combining strength training and Pilates for my clients.

Emily Sansiri

Emily completed her comprehensive 500-hour training with Nicole Briggs, a graduate of Jay Grimes’ “The Work,” at Strong Body Pilates in 2016. In 2018, she pursued specialized training in Pilates for neurological conditions through The Neuro Studio.

In 2023, Emily graduated from the Pilates Advanced Teacher Training Program (PPATT) under the direction of Kathryn Ross-Nash. Emily regularly participates in workshops and advanced study, and is deeply committed to expanding her understanding of movement in order to better support her clients. Her approach emphasizes thoughtful, individualized programming, helping each client build strength, awareness, and confidence in their movement.
